I have two machines. One with a Domain Controller and First Exchange Server
2003 and another as a Domain user. Both machine has Windows Server 2003
installed.

I want to install another Exchange Server in the same domain on second
machine which is a domain user.

Could anybody tell me the steps to do this.

1. Meet the pre-reqs for Exchange, IIS, SMTP, NNTP, ASP.net
2. Insert CD and run the setup.
That's the basics.
Questions about administration - is there only one team of admins or
will there be some delegation
Will there be a single server sending to the Internet or will both
servers be able to send out?
If both servers will be sending to the Internet what about the
dislaimer package?

The install is the least complex part, the configuration is more
involved.
