ADC not fully replicating

I have recently installed ADC on a new server we are migrating 5.5 onto. I
have ran all steps included with the deployment on the exchange 2003 CD and
everything checks ok. The problem I have is step 4 on Verify in the ADC
tools doesn't complete. The second verify says there are still objects
needed to replicate onto the 5.5 exchange. I have three connectors, Public
(Two-way), users (Two-way) and Config CA (Two-way). No objects are in the
logs adcobjectcheck.xml and I have installed 2003 with SP2. I don't know if
I can keep proceding with the migration or if I should correct this problem
first. I have looked and seen everything replicate so far onto AD but
obviously there is something holding it up. Is it ok to proceed or should I
correct first before the migration? If I need to correct, how can I check
and see what object is causing the problem?

For reference the 5.5 server is windows 2000 and 2003 server is Win2k3.
Both have updates installed. Their are no errors in the event viewer as
well. Please help.

Having the exact same issue.
I have not yet installed Exchnage 2003 until I resolve the replication
issues however. It would be best to know excactly what is going to be lost
before preoceeding imho.

Am going to go through all accounts and delete what is no longer in use or
linked properly to AD.

I get objects missing on the first check of verify step 4 and ok on the
second.

Would be interested in how you got on.
