forward exchange account to an external email

Hi,

For one user, I need to forward all mail that comes to his Exchange
account to an external account. I cannot put this address in the
forwarding tab. How do I do this?

You can create a mail-enabled contact in Active Directory and specifiy that
contact in the Forwarding tab.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281926 has all the details you need on how
to set this up. I've done it previously and it works perfectly.
