Hello,

does anybody know, how I can set-up the exchange to forward all emails for
unknown recipients to the admin or any specified mailbox? It is an exchange
5.5

There's no 'catchall' account option available in E5x as far as I remember,
but you can forward copies of NDRs to the admin account. Or just don't -
make it the sender's responsibility to a) address correctly and b) contact
you/the recipient if their mail bounces. That's my preferred setup. I don't
want to read a lot of spam or NDRs.

Thanks!

We allready ordered a patch for turning off NDR. Somehow we are thinking
about migrating to Exchange 2003. Hope that helps alot.

It helps a lot of things - but I still wouldn't bother with catchall
mailboxes or have copies of NDRs sent to an admin mailbox.
