Hi Bob,
Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
From your description, I know that when you send out a plain text e-mail in
OWA, the recipient gets the e-mail in HTML format. If that's not right,
please don't hesitate to let me know.
I tested on my machine, the problem can't be reproduced. I sent a e-mail in
plain text format, on the recipient's Outlook, the e-mail remains as plain
text format.
Please ensure when you create a new e-mail, you select the plain text
format. By default, the system uses HTML format.
Also ask another user to do the same test to see if the problem can be
reproduced.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
