I'm not a 2007 guru, alas, and I don't use POP3 much, but you can certainly
test this....
Can you telnet successfully inbound on the public IP on port 110? FQDN
on110?
But why is your ISP involved? Don't you control your own router/firewall
hardware & port forwarding?
