OK we had a shop come in and install a new machine with exc 2003.
They left in the 5.5 machine in the org. They will later remove it i
guess to lazy to worry abou mx records. But now external forwards
arent working for users with internal boxes??! I have enabled auto
reply/forwares on the internet msg formats on new box. But the old
5.5 server runs the internet mail service.
It is my though that somewhere, new server forwards to old server and
sends to the internet but dies. All other inbound/outboud wors fine!
ANd my forwards are registering in the logs of the server w ICS.
So where are these forwards dying? and why>?
