Where are you trying to do this from? On the Exchange Server?
- Exchange Server(s) have Exchange Management Tools installed
- To do this from DCs, install Exchange Management Tools by running Exchange
setup. Will need the Exchange pre-reqs (IIS, SMTP, et al).
- From a member server running Windows Server or from a Windows XP client -
install Windows Server admin tools (adminpak.msi), Exchange Server pre-reqs,
and Exchange Management Tools from Exchange setup.
Once Exchange Management Tools are installed, you can use the New User
wizard in AD Users & Computers - it will show Exchange-specific tasks and
relevant tabs will show up in user properties.
