Hi
I have the following problem

I just started in this company, where they have different sites each
with each echange server. it seems that the previous administrator
used the same key on both server, but only bought one licence.
Is there any way i can replace the licence on any of these servers?

No need.
Purchase the correct number of licenses and store them safely.
Exchange doesn't check or care.

Unless you're running SBS, I believe. Otherwise, you're welcome to stop and
disable the License Logging Service. You're encouraged to, even.
