exchange 2003 discliamer

I have a exchange 2003 running on w2k3 server .I would like to configure
disclaimer notice for the out going mails .

I have written the vb script to add the disclaimer and also installed the
exchange sdk kit.

can someone provide step by step article.

hi,
I posted the same question , there is a page about it on the Microsoft site
but it is what i would call S**T , and i got no replies here.

I installed groupshield on my server and there is an option to add a
disclaimer within it , works a treat
