Hello!

I have a domain structure domain.local - hq.domain.local -
net.hq.domain.local.
I have installed exchange 2003 on the child domain hq.domain.local, there is
no problem creating an account and mail box in hq.domain.local or in
net.hq.domain.local.
In hq.domain.local email addresses are created and you can login and use the
mail account, but in net.hq.domain.local no email address is created and you
can't add a new one; error: "there are no souch object on server id
c0070302....". The email that are created in hq.domain.local är
name@domain.local.

This is something to bite in

Best regards and please help
Micke

Did you run domainprep on the other domain and create a RUS object for it?
If not, you need to.

recipientsHello!

I have run domainprep on all the top domain and its childes. On
net.hq.domain.local there was "recipient update service" for domain.local and
for hq.domain.local but not for net.hq.domain.local, so I created it. I know
that this can take a long time. Al Mulnick or other is this right?

now there is no problem creating a email address in net.hq.domain.local.

I logon with the user that I have create a email account for (the account is
placed in net.hq.domain.local) i start outlook express and it asks for login
info on: [computer].hq.domain.local, even if the account is placed in
net.hq.domain.local. I enter the logon on info nothing happends, It is like
this trying to logon on to hq.domain.local.

domain.local = system manager rus
hq.domain.local = exchange server 2003 rus
net.hq.domain.local = system manager rus
