Why don't you simply create a trust between the production and test domains
and give a couple of users accounts on the test domain. That way, they can
see what OWA is like - no point in having them connect with Outlook as the
functionality for them will not be much different unless they are using
Outlook 2003. There is no way I would install an eval into my production
domain. Just my .02
