I have been trying for several weeks now to implement a
new 2003 exchange server (WIN2K3) so I can migrate about
200+ users from a 2000 exchange sever (WIN2K).

I install the O.S. on the server (dual xeon's with 16Gig
of ram). Run all micorsoft updates. Follow E2K3
instructions... asp.net, NNTP, SMTP, Forestprep,
Domainprep..etc.etc..

When E2K3 finishes installing I receive the following
email....

-----------Start of email--------------
"E2K3 Server" has reported a "Error". Reported status is:
Queues - "Unknown"
Drives - "Unknown"
Services - "Error"
Memory - "Unknown"
CPU - "Unknown"
-----------End of email-----------------

However E2K3 starts fine and all seems well. I am able to
send and receive emails to and from both servers internal
and external. When I reboot the machine it tells me some
services were unable to start. MTA stacks and Information
store do not start. Here are some event logs...

I have the "/PAE" switch in the boot.ini file but not
the "/3GB" switch. I have dual NICS one is disabled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have reinstalled
this server several times with the same results.
