Hi all,

I have a few users who have pop accounts with Network
Solutions. After setting up two Exchange servers,
connected via VPN, I want my servers to handle mail.
Besides redirecting mail to my servers in dns, what else
needs to be done? All company emails will be handled by
these two servers located at different offices. Will I
need to add two mx records or will one be enough and the
first server will be smart enough to forward it to the
second server?

Thanks,
Lucian

Hi Lucian,

You will only need one MX record as long as both of the Servers are part of
the same Exchange Org. If they are just make sure you have good connectivity
between them and you are set.
