After the server site loaction has changed, I have been running my email
server exchange 2003 for a few months.
Usually, it's taking about 1 or 2 mins to get the email. However, i have
some clients from another countery sending email to me, it sometimes takes
12 hrs or even 24 hours to delivery to my mailbox. Is there any problem i
need to fix my email server, mx record setting or it is a problem in isp?

Check the headers on the messages for clues...note also that the
exchange2000 groups get very little traffic nowadays (all Exchange questions
really should go in m.p.exchange.* )
