start here:
1st re-verify schema, enterprise and domain admins on the account you are
logged in as
then check that remote registry is running:
274196 SETUP /FORESTPREP Command Does Not Work with Error Message "You Do
Not
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=274196
247407 XADM: Error Message Installing Exchange Server on a Computer Running
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=247407

check that you can modify the schema:
326262 Using the ForestPrep Setup Option to Extend the Schema Does Not Work
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=326262

Check that you can even contact the schema master:
319944 XADM: "You Do Not Have Permission to Update the Active Directory
Schema"
