The minimum avable is 15 min.!
Is it possible to change this value in the regedit?

This isn't an Exchange thing. You might get the SBS people to pick it
up quicker than waiting for them in here.
(Microsoft.Public.Backoffice.Smallbiz) I'm sure I've heard it's
do-able though.

Not possible with the SBS POP connector. If you want fast mail delivery,
ditch POP entirely and host your own mail directly via SMTP.
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF002.html may help....although you
don't mention your version of SBS/Exchange.
