That's cool and not a bad idea at all.
Just keep in mind Exchange is the wrong tool for the job. Windows built in
SMTP server will do the same thing for you without the headaches and
security issues.
You can even consider a 3rd party product that does anti spam or anti virus
or an appliance. Trend, Symantec, Barracuda, whatever.
