only one of my users is having this problem but I've tried it from multiple
systems (as that user) with the same result so I know it's not tied to his
system. When he tries to assign a Delegate he gets back:

"The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate
free/busy information. You do not have sufficient permission to perfomr this
operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system
administrator."

I found a couple of articles that led me to believe that it's a right's
issue so I added the user to his own object in AD and gave him full rights to
no avail. Any thoughts?
