I have an issue where domain users/users can connect to exchange through
local Outlook. But when they try to connect through OWA, the log-in prompt
comes back until the 3rd time where it gives the error regarding you do not
have access due to a setting with the ACL. Domain admins are able to login
just fine. Anyone please help. This has really stumped me. Thanks for all
your help.
