I used to have a NT4 Server runnign Exchange 5.5 and a IIS4 server running
OWA and had a SSL certificate. I upgraded my domain to Windows 2003, and I
installed a new Exchange 2003 server and moved my mail boxes to it. Then, I
upgraded my old OWA server to Windows 2000 then Windows 2003. Then I
installed Exchange 2003 on it, and made it a front end server, then rebooted
it.

Now, when I try to bring up my server/exchange I get a Page Can't Be
Displayed over and over again. I don't see anything wrong in the Even Logs
(Except for an error that says some filter can't be loaded "The HTTP Filter
DLL C:\WINNT\system32\exchfilt.dll failed to load. The data is the error."

Any idea what's going on ? Did I do something wrong? What can I do to fix
it?

Thanks!
