Hi

I previously had a front end server called ABC however that computer was
having some difficulties and I transferred the role to another server. I
can access my OWA interface internally however external users are unable to
access the page. It times out and says page cannot be displayed.
What can I do to allow external parties to reach the page.

Thanks

Did you change the firewall and/or port forwarding rules to send the
HTTP/HTTPS traffic to the right box?
Does the new FE work properly from inside the network?

Yes the new front end server work from insdie. the rules on the firewall
point to the front end box.

Well, if it works from the inside you need to look to see if there are
multiple IP addresses on the box and IIS is tied to both of them, make
sure there's a gateway address on the server IPp properties.
In short, it's a network or IIS config issue that you're seeing rather
than Exchange.
