We have a MS Exchange 2003 Enterprise server and we use a DSL for our
internet connection. Our DSL speed is 1.5 Mbps down and 384 kbps up. We have
been having problems with our internet connection being down when someone
from our company sends large emails. They larger the emails, the longer our
internet connection is down. Is there any way to set Exchange 2003 to limit
the bandwidth that it uses at certain speed? If not, any other suggestions
would really be appreciated.

TIA,
Alex

What about setting limits on the size users are allowed to send emails.
