Hey, I currently use GFI MailEssentials v9.0 for my spam filtering.
Recently, a vast amount of spam has been getting through. Before I upgrade,
do you guys have any other suggestions for spam filtering software?

Thanks,
James

Hi,

why not use IMF from Microsoft? Supposing you're running E2K3..
http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/downloads/2003/imf/default.mspx

Or .. MS yesterday announced the Sybari products available ..

Cheers,

We use Surfcontrol Email Gateway. Works great against spam and also does
anti-virus scanning as well. Not only does it maintain a list of known spam,
but it also uses dictionaries to capture what gets past the known list.

About 80% of messages sent to us are spam, but what acutally gets through is
near zero.

Brian.

I am also in this group, I have been testing GFI and I am less than thrilled
with the product and it's technical support. Has anyone here used
Microsoft's IMF? Is it effective?
