Hello,

We have Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, ISA 2004, and Symantec Corp 10.

We can not send e-mail thru our Exchange server about 2 weeks ago. We did
not change any setting. I thought Mcafee enterprise 8.0 block port 25, then I
unintall Mcafee change to Symantec. But I still have same problem.

In the Event View, I will get the eveni ID 4006.
In the Exchange System Manage, I can see alot of messages in the Queses.

If I restart the server, all the messages in the queue will send out right
away, then just stop.

I tried to add smarthost smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com, but still have same
problem.

Thanks

Hi,

Try to run the SMTPdiag when the problem is there:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=bc1881c7-925d-4a29-bd42-71e8563c80a9&displaylang=en

There should be some events logged in the application log. What do they tell
you?
