What are you actually trying to do? Create the disabled user accounts
in
AD? If so, you can run this whilst the users are logged into their 5.5
mailboxes, yes.

Ok, that kinda answers my question... at the mo there is no ADC
connection but it is installed ready to go.
My concern is we have a number of mailboxes that are associated with
groups. From previous
testing i know the ADC will create a user account for these mailboxes
and disable it. However it will add the members to a group. Giving
"Full Mailbox access" to the mailbox assuming the disabled users get
re-enabled. Should the users be able to see their secondary mailboxes
without much hassle as before?
