OK, all mailboxes are on the new 2003 server.

All public and system folders were replicated as per the exdeploy tools
some weeks back, and I then ran the script to delete replicas off the
5.5 server as per exdeploy.

All connectors are migrated.

So I now have two 5.5 servers sat doing nothing (they've been doing
nothing for a couple of weeks).

My plan is to stop the services for a few days and then I'll remove them.

Other than following
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;822450 for the
last 5.5 server (which was also the first 5.5 server) should I be doing
anything?

cheers,
Paul

Sounds like you have everything. One more reference:

Thanks. We still have a 5.5 box at a remote office in it's own
site/admin group so the SRS will have to stay for a while but I don't
see that being a problem.

One thing I'm not too clear on is what I need to do (or what Exchange
will do automatically) about the user, public folder, and config CAs
that were created in the Active Directory Connector?

cheers,
Paul

You will need to remove then all and then remove ADC once the last Exchange
5.5 box is gone from your entire Exchange org.
