If you want to remove this server from the Exchange Site/Organization
permanently, then perform the following:
1) Open Exchange Admin from another Exchange server
2) Highlight the 5.5 server and then delete
NOTE: You may have to raw delete this object (c:\exchsrvr\bin\admin /r )
