Help!

I have one server setup which is a AD domain controller for my domain and an
Exchange 2003 server. ps. This server is also the GC, DNS, WINS, and all that
good stuff. From network services I installed the option to support RPC/HTTP.
Installed SSL Cert and followed all the steps from here
http://www.petri.co.il/configure_rpc_over_https_on_a_single_server.htm but
for the life of me I still can't connect to exchange using http. If I am
local to the network and I start "outlook /rpcdiag" it still connect using
TCPIP. If I use IP filters on the server to only allow 80 and 443 it says
cannot find exchange server. Need less to say that this does not work from
the internet either. Help Help help!!!!

Are pretty good tutorials for troubleshooting.
