Hi,

I noticed that my Outlook 2003 clients are getting the following "Sync
Issues" error:

Microsoft Exchange offline address book
0X800004005

My Outlook 2007 clients don't get this error, but I suspect that is because
they don't use an offline address book.

My Exchange 2003 Server migrated to Exchange 2007 a while ago and I suspect
this is when the errors started.

I'm pretty sure that step 1 of "To remove the last Exchange 2003 or Exchange
2000 server from an Exchange 2007 organization" found at
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb288905.aspx has been preformed,
but I can't say for sure.

The old Exchange 2003 server has been shutdown, but it can be restarted if
that helps to resolve this.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Thanks!

Bob.

There needs to be a replica of the offline address book folder in the system
public folders.
