This seems simple, but as a beginner to Exchange, I can't figure it out. When a user adds multiple POP3 accounts in Outlook, he/she can choose which is the default and which to use to send as for every message.

I need to do this using the Exchange addresses. I select the default address using the system manager, but the user simply receives the messages sent to the other accounts. How can I setup Exchange to allow the user to send from those accounts at will? That is, I want Outlook to act exactly the same with SMTP addresses as with multiple POP3 accounts.

Thanks in advance,
Jacob Smith

See if http://www.ivasoft.biz/choosefrom.html works for you.
