Migration from W2K EXCH2K3 to W2K3 EXCH2K3

Hey all,

I want to use Active Directory Migration Tool 2.0 to copy users from a W2K
Exch2K domain into a new W2K3 Exch2K3 domain which is already setup on a new
server with different domain, IP, server name and Exchange 2003. I already
have correct versions of Exmerge for W2K and W2K3 setup and tested mailbox to
PST successfully. My questions are:

1) Does ADMT copy users with their Exchange Server properties (The ones that
show in AD Users and Computers, i.e. email address, ect.)?

2) If I am using ADMT2.0 it does copy the passwords over to the new domain
with the users does it not?

3) Anything else I am missing or need to know?
