I've received error "This account must e valid before
continue" when I in the phase 3 step 3 during the
migration. I'm sure the account I used is exch admin
account, I also noticed that domain field is empty when
the message shown.

I have had the same problem. Make sure the trust to the
domain in which the exchange service account is located,
is available.

I have been getting the same error migrating 5.5 to 2000, on seperate boxes. I have tried KB: 297921, 283178, 289101, 325319, 327005. They either don't work or are not applicable.
