I have SBS 2003 Standard Edition behind a Sonicwall firewall. Can I set up
Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync in this environment? All the articles I have
glanced at refer to ISA as a requirement. Is this so? Can I use the
built-in SBS certificate? Can you point me to a good "how to" document?

Thanks

Hi - you'd be much better off posting SBS2003 questions in
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs.

That said, it works fine, no ISA needed, and yes you can use your
self-signed cert - if you export it to a .cer file and copy it to the device
& launch it from there.
http://www.petri.co.il/adding_root_certificates_to_windows_mobile_2003_ppc.htm
explains how to do the export.
