Installed new Exchange 2003 server and storage groups. Created two test users
with mailboxes. Configured Outlook 2000 with exchange settings and trying to
send emails between test users, but mails are not delivered and havent got
any error message in outlook.

A non-delivery report (reason code unable-to-transfer and diagnostic code
unrecognised-OR-name) is being generated for message C=US;A= ;
P=OXBOW;L=BOCMAIL-041204192220Z-1. It was originally destined for
DN:CN=WPFNL,CN=RECIPIENTS,OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP,O=OXBOW§ (recipient
number 2),
and was to be redirected to . [MTA DISP:RESULT 16 136] (12)
