"Loading" is displayed after installing frontend for OWA

Hello,

I was wondering is someone would know what to do when the frontend exchange
server 2003 is only displaying "messages loading" in the mail area of the
screen.

I have set the system up according this doc :

The webserver (IIS 6) at this point is still in lan (not in DMZ yet) so it
does not seen to be a port blocking problem. The server the frontend is
running on is a member server (windows server 2003 sp1) and joining the email
domain. IIS is configured during installation of the frontend. The OWA shell
is diplayed when called upon. In the mail section of the page only "Loading"
appears.
