Hello to all,

I am a novice exchange admin who is experiencing some trouble with OWA. Any
advice would be appreciated.

The problem is as follows:

In my exchange folder in Outlook are 6 emails that I dragged and dropped
from my POP mail to the inbox of Exchange. When I login to OWA there are no
emails in the inbox. Please advise?

Thanks in advance,

Joe

A couple of possibilities. Maybe your Outlook profile is configured to
deliver emails to Personal Folders (i.e. a local .pst file). OWA only
displays what's on the server, so emails in a .pst file will not appear.
Also, check your OWA view, to make sure that Unread Messages has not been
selected in the drop-down list at the top of the message listing.
