I have 18 District Offices and the Main Office who are on our Exchange
Server. Each District Office has their own local DSL connection. Each
District Office has Outlook setup so both POP and SMTP are our server AND in
the Outlook Advanced Section they have the connection setup to require
Authentication with "Use Same Settings as my Incoming" with the Logon Using
and their LogonID and Password are set as well. This setup is to make sure
they send and receive via our Exchange server even though they are on other
DSL ISP's.

I would like to implement a SPF record but want to make sure this would not
cause a problem with my folks. Do you see any reason for concern? If so,
what is the concern and what is the workaround?

Thanks!

Adding an SPF record will not affect your users at all. It is only used by
people that receive mail from (or pretending to be from) your domain, and
can be used to verify that the server making the connection is genuine.
