I am trying to follow the KB article 822450 to remove my
Exchange 5.5 Server from our site after moving all the
mailboxes to an Exchange 2003 server on new hardware.
when I click on the Public folders under Folders in my
administrative group, I get the following error message:

"The operation Failed because of an HTTP error 501 (Not
implemented). Verify that the ExAdmin Virtual root exists
on the destination server."

I have verified that the ExAdmin virtual directory exists
on the default web site, and I can browse the directory
structure of the public folders by going to it.

I checked the logs for the default website for when I was
in System Manager, and found the 501 error:

2004-03-02 14:27:16 172.16.1.200
SEARCH /ExAdmin/Admin/my.domain/Public+Folders/NON_IPM_SUBT
REE/ - 80 MYDOMAIN\Administrator 172.16.1.200
Exchange+Admin 501 0 0

2004-03-02 14:27:22 172.16.1.200
SEARCH /ExAdmin/Admin/my.domain/Public+Folders/ - 80
mydomain\Administrator 172.16.1.200 Exchange+Admin 501 0 0

I do not have URLScan installed on this machine, and have
run a search on this server for urlscan.ini to be sure.

Any suggestions?

TIA
