Can I use IMAP on a wireless PDA and relay email off our
exchange? If yes, how do I set it up? Thanks.

Same way you'd set it up for any IMAP server. I've found that wireless
companies tend to document the settings the best. After that I just
substitute my server name for theirs and I'm done. Keep in mind you'll need
to authenticate SMTP the same as you would for IMAP.
