We just preformed an inplace W2K3 server OS upgrade on a W2K server. The server had E2K3 installed on it. After the upgrade is finished and server reboots, a quick check of the services shows that several exchange services did not start. You can manually start them, sometimes.

Bottom line, I need these services to start automatically, any ideas?

What gets logged when they won't start (on startup, during the attempts you
made subsequent, etc?)
