Exchange 2003 server in Exchange 5.5 site

Hi,

I've configured the ADC between the 5.5 exchange and the Windows 2000 domain
and its all working fine (using the Exchange 2003 ADC). I've just installed
my first Exchange 2003 server into the 5.5 org however when I run the System
Administrator as the administrator I only see the Recipients and Tools
branches (missing Global Settings and Administrative Groups), but if I logon
as exch_srv (the Exchange 5.5 domain service account) I get the normal view
and works fine. Administrator does have full permissions in the Exchange 5.5
site so I don't know why this is happening.

Also if from the Exchange 5.5 Administrator application I try and view the
Logons container of the Mailbox Store of the 2003 server I get a MAPI error,
is this normal? I get the same error when I try and run the 5.5
administrator on the Exchange 2003 server, "You do not have the rigts
required to complete the operation".

Even logging on as exch_srv trying to move a mailbox from the 5.5 to the
2003 fails (part of the error file below:)

The information store could not be opened. The logon to the Microsoft
Exchange Server computer failed. MAPI 1.0 ID no: 80040111-0286-00000000

The server I installed Exchange 2003 was just a normal Windows 2003 server
(not a domain controller).

Any ideas?

Delegate the "Exchange Full Administrator" Control to the account you are
having issues with.

I've already done that, it has the permission but still does not work :-(
