Exchange 2007 and placeholder domain

Hi,
We have a domain setup with a placeholder domain called .local and a
resource domain called company.local. Today we running Exchange 2003 and will
soon upgrade to Exchange 2007. Will the domain setup have any complications
for the Exchange 2007 installation?

Although .local is perfectly fine I'd get your .com (or whatever)
domain applied before you move to 2007.
