I have a 2003 Exchange server (standard edition) on a Windows 2000 server. I
would like to move this server to a Windows 2003 server with Exchange 2003
Enterprise edition. This will be installed on new hardware.

What is the best way of getting this done. I have found documents on moving
with the same operating system, but not with a different system?

If you have new hardware then simply use the server move methods.

is a good method.
