Exchange 5.5 2003 migration

Hello,
I was approx. 80% complete on our migration when our 5.5 server crashed (hdd),
I restored to another machine and exmerged all data to the new exchange
server but I am getting the following rpc bind error in the application log.
Event Id 9318
"An RPC communications error occurred. Unable to bind over RPC. Locality
Table (LTAB) index: 127, Windows 2000/MTA error code: 1722. Comms error 1722,
Bind error 0, Remote Server Name EXCH01 [MAIN BASE 1 500 %10] (14)"
The old server is dead, I am missing some type of link to the old server.
The old server has been removed from system manager (adsiedit), system
folders point to the new server.
Any help would be appreciated.

On the E2K3 Server, open the Ex5.5 Admin Pgm and connect to the E2K3 Server
that's your SRS. Under "servers", delete the old Ex5.5 Server. Let the ADC
complete replication, and then recycle E2K3 Servcies on all servers in this
admin group. This error should go away.

I didn't install the ex5.5 admin pgm on the 2003 server I utilized system
manager and deleted the 5.5 server.
