Hi
We are planning to Migrate Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007.
We decided to deploy New 2 ADs for Exchange Sever 2007
in a different site under the same forest and domain. In addition
we planned to deploy two more aditional ADs for group companies
at the same site of new Exchange 2007.In other words,I designed to
deploy Exchange 2007 on Single Forest Multi Domain Environment.

I'll appreciate you, if you have any feedback on merits and demerits of this
sort of deployment, as well as any advice , recommendations.
Looking forward to hear from you.

The domain controllers should be in the same AD site as the Exchange
servers. I recommend that you deploy Windows 64-bit for the domain
controllers because of vastly improved performance. Also, reconsider
whether it is necessary to deploy two domains; generally best practice is to
stick to a single domain unless there is a compelling reasons otherwise.

It's harder to administer and usually more costly to implement.
