Adding the other policy with the proxy address will allow your organization
to send and recieve these proxy addresses. But won't add the proxy
addresses to specific users. You would need to have the extra proxy
addresses added to those specific users already as you do in 5.5. I don't
believe the RUS service will remove any existing proxy addresses.
So long as you are in mixed mode there really isn't a supported way to split
your proxy addresses across different policies. This is because Exchange
2003 has to remain in parity with the functionality of Exchange 5.5. Once
the Exchange 5.5 servers are gone you can switch to Native Mode and create
different Recipient Policies and set the priority as needed.
