When users log in to web outlook there is an option
for "Premium" or "Basic" login. The "Basic" login works
fine and all user mail, contacts etc is there. When the
same users log in using the default "Premium" login
nothing is there, no mail or contacts! Any ideas? The
clients are all running the latest I.E.

I too am having a similar issue with premium access.. my
users can see it, but can do nothing and it appears to be
stuck on loading. This is a fresh install and nothing is
disabled.

Dave, when you load the screen does it look like only the
buttons have loaded and nothing else?

RE - possible fix -Exchange 2003 Web Outlook by Chris

I found a solution for my problem. The page was only
loading a portion of the information. Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 831464 FIX: IIS 6.0 Compression Corruption
Causes Access Violations. This kb article suggests an
install of a file linked on the page. I wasn't quite sure
if this was the problem, at the bottom they also posted a
work around.

Locate the %windir%IIS Temporary Compressed Files - delete
the temporary cached copy of the site.

It worked for me, good luck

I had a similar problem with the Symantec Mail Security
Web Interface. I had to enable the "allow" permission for
ASP pages under Web Service Extensions in IIS. Hope this
helps.
