Exchange 2007 Installation Erros!

Hello
My Win2k3 SP2, with IIS and .Net installed
having errors in
Hub transport Role:
this computer requires the update described .... 931836
Client Acces Role:
this computer requires the update described .... 931836
& Client Access Role:
this computer requires the update described .... 931836
they guide me to :
this computer requires the update described .... 931836
i downloaded :
Tzedit.exe utility package now
http://download.microsoft.com/download/5/8/a/58a208b7-7dc7-4bc7-8357-28e29cdac52f/tzedit.exe


but i don't know what to do ??

Any Help to complete setup process ?

That almost sounds as if the the patch was not applied directly, try this
