How you lock down the Backend Server to prevent people from OWA'ing it
and force people to OWA only to the Front end.

All this from the Internal Networks.

The External side I already have done.

Typically you wouldn't.
What is it that makes you want to do this?

Easiest thing it to use VLANs and prevent access to the BE from the
user VLAN(s).
